Meta (Facebook) Integration Data

If you connect your Facebook Page to our platform for Lead Ads integration, we collect:

  • Facebook Page Access Tokens: Used to authenticate and subscribe our webhook to your Facebook Page.
  • Facebook Lead Data: Information submitted by users through your Facebook Lead Ad forms (such as names, emails, phone numbers, and custom answers).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our services
  • Process transactions and send related notifications
  • Send technical notices, updates, and security alerts
  • Respond to your comments, questions, and support requests
  • Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities

How We Use Meta Data

We use Facebook Page access and lead data exclusively to:

  • Retrieve new leads submitted via your Meta ads in real time.
  • Display these leads within your DODO-OS dashboard for your agency to manage, contact, and track.

We do not use your Facebook lead data for our own marketing, nor do we sell or share this data with unauthorized third parties.

3. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to help protect your personal information from loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. All passwords are encrypted using industry-standard hashing. Session data is protected via secure, HTTP-only cookies.

Storage of Meta Data: Meta access tokens and retrieved lead data are stored securely in our encrypted database. Connections between Meta servers and DODO-OS are secured via HTTPS.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services.

Deleting Meta & Lead Data: You have full control over your data. You can delete individual leads directly from your DODO-OS dashboard at any time. If you disconnect your Facebook Page or delete your agency account, all associated Meta access tokens and lead data are permanently deleted from our servers.

You may also request complete deletion of any of your data by contacting us directly at support@dodo-os.com. We will process all data deletion requests within 30 days.

5. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services for payment processing, cloud storage, email/WhatsApp notifications, and analytics. These services have their own privacy policies governing the use of your information.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your authentication session and preferences. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

You have the right to:

  • Access and receive a copy of your personal data
  • Rectify any inaccurate information
