1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DODO-OS ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DODO-OS is a cloud-based production management platform designed for creative agencies and production houses. The Service includes project management, equipment tracking, payroll automation, client portals, task management, and financial analytics.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription & Payments

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice.

5. Third-Party Integrations (Meta / Facebook)

By choosing to connect third-party platforms such as Meta (Facebook) to DODO-OS, you grant us permission to access, retrieve, and display data from those platforms on your behalf. Specifically for Facebook Lead Ads, you authorize us to subscribe to your Page's webhooks and retrieve lead information. You may revoke this access at any time by disconnecting the integration within your DODO-OS settings or via your Facebook Business settings.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload malicious code or attempt to breach security
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Share your account credentials with third parties
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by DODO-OS and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your data and uploaded content remain your property.

8. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you upload to the Service, including projects, tasks, assets, financial records, and client information. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime. However, we are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions caused by maintenance, third-party services, or events beyond our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DODO-OS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may terminate your account by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
